Itinerary Step 1
This lists all airfares (eg- with AD) from cheapest to most expensive for departure date chosen. Click on ‘Info’ for airfare rules.
Select an airfare, click on ‘Continue’

Important messages to acknowledge, eg- Airfare TTL
Click on ‘Continue’
Itinerary Step 3
A list of all flights departing that day between PER and DPS. If flight does not operate that day it will appear in red writing, you must choose another date.
Itinerary Step 4-5
Enter the return date click on ‘continue’, select flight click on ‘continue’
Itinerary Step 6
Single Hotel & City with/without transfers – having the whole duration in one city eg- 10nts Legian and optional sightseeing
Multiple Product – eg- 5nts Legian, then 5nts Ubud. This step will ask for dates and number of nights for each destination. This option also displays Ministays, Escorted Tours, Cruises, Rail and Sightseeing.
Itinerary Step 7
Choose a region eg- Legian, click on ‘continue’
Itinerary Step 8
This is a pick list of all hotels in the specified region for the duration given, for 1 room eg- from cheapest to most expensive, based on availability.
Category eg- 3*, availability, price to use as a guide only as compulsory meals/surcharges may have not been added as yet, * means it is our preferred hotel, B means Bonus Nights,
Click on ‘I’ next to hotel name, this will take you to the Photo Gallery and hotel/room information – great for up selling to different room types.
Click on ‘hotel’ name eg– Hotel Padma Bali , this will expand the window and list all room categories.
‘Info’ next to the room category will give you specific room information eg- bonus nights, nightly rate, checkout time
Select a room category, click on ‘continue’
Itinerary Step 9
Select checkout, click on ‘continue’
Itinerary Step 10-12
If a sightseeing tour is required, say ‘Yes’ or ‘No’, choose a date, select the tour, click on ‘continue'.
Acknowledge any further important acknowledgments, eg- Airfare ttl

This is where you can look up information on a particular product and also can be used for simple land only itineraries. Low cost carriers can also be booked via this option. Please note we recommend using this for information only.

Once Hotel has been added, start a new search for Flights.

(either DJ or JQ or enter both DJ,JQ seperated by a comma)
Dates: enter Departure and Return dates and click on ‘Search’
Select an outbound and inbound flights, click "select"
Read and acknowledge all the airfare rules and conditions.
Making Changes - if you need to remove a component, eg- hotel, select the hotel and click on 'Remove'. Confirm you would like this removed, click on 'Search' for a new hotel.
Special Requests– To make a special request i.e. bedding, you need to send a message to the helpdesk by using "Messages" under Communication (See MESSAGES).
Please note: We do not take requests for room numbers or rooms with a view. eg – Request Ocean View As we may already sell an Ocean View room for a higher price.
When you have added all components, eg- hotel, flights and transfers, click on ‘Complete’.
DO NOT FORGET TO SAVE THE QUOTE – CLICK ON ‘SAVE’ UNDER BOOKING CHANGES
This is where you check for new messages. If you have any new messages, the inbox on the top navigation bar will display how many unread messages there are i.e. Inbox(1) means there is 1 unread message.
To send us a message regarding your booking - click on 'Messages' found under Communication on the left function menu. Enter the message details then click on 'Send'. Make sure you SAVE your booking to ensure the message is sent to us.

Permission to merge PNR:
To permit Creative to merge an AMADEUS PNR you will need to add the following entry to your PNR:

IMPORTANT NOTES:
It is important to remember that flights are held within your agency and it is your responsibility to action the following:
1. Seat and meal requests
2. Any schedule changes and advise Creative of any auto-cancellations
3. Advise Creative if you have any frequent flyer upgrade or other authorized class change in your PNR
4. Any change within your PNR must be actioned within your office and advised to Creative by fax/phone/message
Please note cancellation of your booking may result in your PNR being cancelled. This includes cancellations via I-Create, Direct Access and auto cancels if deposits are not paid by due date
