Day 1: ROME Transfer to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day to explore Rome. Overnight: Hotel Nord Nuova or similar.
Day 2: ROME Enjoy a walking tour of Rome, visiting the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Piazza Navona. An optional tour is available of Ancient Rome. Tonight enjoy dinner at a restaurant renowned for its pasta. Overnight: Hotel Nord Nuova or similar. (Breakfast & Dinner)
Day 3: ROME -TREVI Take a train to Trevi in Umbria. "Buon appetito" tonight is a special Umbrian welcome dinner with aperitif. Overnight: Hotel Clitunno or similar. (Breakfast & Dinner)
Day 4: SPOLETO Watch a preparation of some typical Umbrian appetizers. At lunch enjoy preparing and tasting the dishes you have made. The afternoon, the emphasis will be on pasta, dishes such as strangozzi, with truffle sauce. This evening dinner is at the San Lorenzo restaurant. Overnight: Hotel Clitunno or similar (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
Day 5: SPOLETO Today visit, taste and shop for Umbrian gastronomy products. A guide will escort you to discover old olive oil farms and taste the Sagrantino di Montefalco red wine, visiting a winery in Montefalco. Afternoon and dinner at leisure. Overnight: Hotel Clitunno or similar (Breakfast & Lunch)
Day 6: TREVI - FLORENCE The last day of your culinary course and wine expert introduction. After lunch, transfer to Trevi for your train to Florence. Overnight: Hotel Relais Certosa or similar. (Breakfast & Lunch)
Day 7: FLORENCE Day at leisure to enjoy Florence. Optional tour to visit the Duomo, the Baptistery, Ponte Vecchio, Giotto's Bell Tower. Dinner is at the Hotel Relais Certosa including Tuscan cuisine specialities and wines. Overnight: Hotel Relais Certosa or similar. (Breakfast & Dinner)
Day 8: FLORENCE - return Transfer to Florence airport. (Breakfast)
